Fact that hotel being a new one, it was clean, the concept of self-help was really good. staff is friendly especially Sundar at reception.. over all great place to stay.

The staff's prompt and courteous response made me feel valued even before I arrived. Upon check-in, I was greeted with warm smiles and efficient service. The staff provided a comprehensive introduction to the hotel's amenities and guided me to my room. The attention to detail was evident as I entered my room—a spacious, immaculately clean oasis with a breathtaking view of the city. The room itself was a haven of comfort and luxury. The plush bedding ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the room amenities left nothing to be desired. The sleek design and thoughtful touches showcased the hotel's commitment to excellence. Throughout my stay, the staff's hospitality shone brightly. From the attentive housekeeping to the knowledgeable concierge, everyone went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. The on-site dining options were equally impressive; I enjoyed exquisite meals at their restaurants, and the breakfast buffet was a delight. The hotel's facilities are top-notch. The pool and fitness center were well-maintained and offered a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. I also appreciated the convenient location, which allowed me to explore nearby attractions easily. While my stay was nearly flawless, I believe in providing constructive feedback. There were a few minor hiccups during my stay, such as a slight delay in room service, but these were quickly resolved, and they didn't detract from the overall outstanding experience. Rozma, the front office manager and Nurzada is very kind and very polite. I will come back again and again.
